Due to serious a major engine problem we were unable to make it to the park for our reservation. Several attempts made prior to our arrival date to request a partial refund of our full reservation payment met with no success.

I have a class A 30 foot no room to park or even drive through drove through and left not what I would call a camp ground stayed at majestic same price 100% better
