There were ants and the trailer smelled like sewer our last day. There were no instructions as to how to run the air. It would be nice to have a welcome packet to let you know the nuances of the trailer. Also could have been cleaner.

As a late arrival there was very poor coordination and knowledge. If it had not been for one of the other campers we would have never found our spot nor been able to get into it. The facilities themselves are beautiful and although the staff is very nice I did not feel like they were properly trained or informed.
