We never received the code to get through the gate, it was after hours, and we had to wait for someone entering the gate so we could enter. Not acceptable. When we arrived at our site 211 there were branches hanging over our site. We did not call because there is never an answer. We had damage to the roof of our RV and damage to our awning. This is all unnecessary. If you have maintenance crew, they should check all sites to see if they are prepared for guest coming in. Palm Terrace is advertising for an upcoming open house with a new section. I believe the sections that are existing should be taken care of before new sections are going to open. Very disappointed. I will not be back. Ann Marie Garcia
