Surprisingly nice park well maintained clean new concrete pads conveniently located near Charleston and Congaree national park and right off 95 only only one negative thing noise coming from 95 specially at night time but overall nice park to stop by for few days

Love this place…beautiful setting and well kept. However the teenagers zooming around on golf carts was not appreciated. Very fast and annoying especially on a path that explicitly said NO GOLF CARTS and I’m walking my dogs.

Palmetto is very noisy from the nearby highway. Also they do not have a noise regulation inside the park leaving us having nearby music blaring from a camper that was more than five campsites away from us all day and into the early evening. I don't think we will return. .

Absolutely loved our stay, we had such a great time that we booked our next stay while we were still there. Everything was super clean.

Beautiful campsite, the staff were very friendly and courteous. The RV sites are pull through or back in, however they are quite close together, with very little room to put up a screen tent. The reason I took off one star was because it is so close to the freeway, none stop traffic noise, even through the night. The air conditioner/fans can block out a bit of the noise, but it is constant and would be unbearable staying in a tent.

We always enjoy camping at Palmetto Shores, the family enviroment, the activities everything overall makes us wanting to go back time and time again!

This RV Resort was right next to Interstate 95. It was too noisy. I don’t think I will return because of the location of this resort.

This was our family's very 1st camping experience and the resort was great as far as amenities and scenery. However, they list having wifi but none of the networks worked. It would allow us to connect but with no internet. That was extremely frustrating as we had hoped to stream movies on the projector outside. The only other complaint is that there is no baby changing stations at the pool leaving me to change my son's diaper in a pool chair. There is no baby changing stations in the main bathhouse either but at least they have a bench and counter. Overall, my family really enjoyed themselves and we would definitely recommend.

Well kept campsites and facilities. Beautiful lakeside setting.
