Paradise Lake and Campground — Reviews

I have never written a review, but this place makes me want to write one to warn other campers. Paradise lake campground has the potential to be a great camp ground. It has a beautiful trail that goes around the lake, a nice pool, and a nice laundry facility. However, there are so many things that are bad about the place. There are no dog stations in the entire park. We had to keep our dog droppings in a pile outside of our camper. There is no place to dump your trash excepbt at the very front of the park. This is far far away from the camp sites. The sites are so small that we spent about 10 minutes trying to get our 27 foot Airstream backed into the sites. The picnic tables look like they are about to fall apart. The park has trash all over the place. This might not be a problem if there were additional cans near the camp sites for people to put there trash. We will never stay there again.

The campground is very quiet and clean, the bathrooms need some upgrades and the pool was closed. But I would recommend it

the campground was very nice but bathrooms were very sparse. I paid for two nights but we stayed for one. the staff was very friendly.

It was mostly permanent campers or worker campers, the playground was really sad, the pool looked like it would be nice, but as far as a vacation spot it’s not for that it’s just for a stopover. Thanks

Easy to find, price was good, spot was roomy, utilities worked great, camp host was very friendly and pleasant, camp was quiet and peaceful, great walking trails. Alot of full timers but great folks, very friendly. The camp spots are gravel but mostly level. The roads need a little attention here and there but are easy to travel and the park is very clean. Will camp here again.

Nice, quaint campground. Lots of nature, trees and wildlife. Great for a short stay or weekend. Hiking trail was a nice touch.
