Pardee Lake Recreation Area — Reviews

The people at the front gate were very friendly. Park was clean, lots of area around the lake. Just a nice place to camp.

Friendly at check, camp site is quite, clean and well maintained spacious sites. Con: Street lights should be shut off. The camp site is lit up like a residential area.

Our stay all n all was very good! The staff was very friendly and helpful and the nightly movies was great! I feel as though the website is a bit misleading that there are bathrooms and showers, where there really are only port a pottys. Though they were clean as can be expected and many to choose from! Would stay here again, but only in cooler months where not being able to jump in lake isn’t an issue.

There was kkk carved in the porta pot restroom.also they need to be cleaned more often.

It was nice clean and peaceful

Even though this campground was built in the 50s, it has been impeccably maintained. Everything was clean and worked well. There are more amenities here than I'd ever realized, including boat rentals if you want to fish, a floating camp store at the marina, swimming pool and 50s style cafe, hiking trails. It was quiet and peaceful and there was a ton of wildlife to witness. Staff was extremely kind and helpful too!

They had a washer and dryer for $1.25 that made things super easy for my family. The staff was super friendly and helpful with everything. The place is super clean and everything was peaceful and quiet .

The staff was friendly the area was clean and peaceful but campspot.com needs to update their information and make it where you can click veteran if your a veteran because pardee lake offers veteran discounts luckily pardee lake was able to refund me some of the money and give me the veteran discount. Campspot.com also said that the showers were to be paid for but they were free my only complaints are with campspot.com my family and I loved pardee lake.

Front gate guy was rude the water faucet stopped working a few hours after we arrived

Such a great place. Clean. Nice staff. Staff riding around picking up any trash they see and emptying garbage cans regularly. Clean pool. I will definitely be back. 10/10 recommend !!

Love camping at pardee.. we always get the sane camp ground and the best part kids get to enjoy the outdoors and pool
