Perfect little place. We will definitely be back.

Grass needed to be cut and roads are in pretty bad shape.

The park is clean. We only stayed one night but the laundry facilities looked clean and new machines. High at $1.75 per load but they are big machines. There's a kitchen and a pond. The bathrooms and showers looked clean. It is walking distance to the San Marcos River. I deducted a star because the tables were in poor shape with holes in them. The sites are gravel and water pools when it rains.

Very pretty river. Laid back.
