    The fee was very reasonable. The manager was very friendly and accommodating. The location was good and the lots were nice. The only negative was the bathroom in the pool area and showers. They were outdated and need to be refurbished.

    This park was flooded during Milton which caused much damage to the permanent modular units, many that are still in a state of disrepair. There are no working bathrooms nor showers. That said, we were in Punta Gorda visiting friends staying at Fisherman’s Village. So we only needed to place to set our rig for the week and sleep there at night. To that end, Peace River Estates was perfect for us and the very limited time we spent there.
