On a 17 day trip from Ohio to New Mexico and back. Peaceful Waters was the most beautiful and enjoyable campground of the 11 different we stayed at. Highly recommended!

Was a very nice campground. Had lots of activities for the kids and staff was super nice. Will stay there again when in the area.

Everything was perfect and better than advertised. The cabins were adorable, the pond picturesque, and the staff friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back!

The people are so wonderful! Great stay! The small cabins were perfect. Even though we didn't need them this trip, it is nice to have a refrigerator, microwave, small heater, and air conditioner. The shower rooms were clean and spacious. Very close to restaurants, grocery store, turkey run, etc. These small cabins have a great view of the lake.

The grain bin "cabins" are beautiful inside! Definitely recommend staying in them. The main check-in office has ice, firewood, and so much more. The 2 women we met in the office were amazing. So welcoming and helpful. They even called us one night to tell us when they were closing up shop and see if we needed anything (firewood, ice, supplies) before they closed. SO nice of them. These cabins have a lake view. The shower house was nice and spacious. Great people! We are already planning to come back.

Peaceful Waters is probably our favorite campground. It's quiet (we always go during the week in late Spring or late Summer while school is still in session and practically have the whole place to ourselves!), everyone is so friendly, they're constantly making improvements, it's always clean and well maintained, and the fishing is great!

Well my my son and I came to see the total eclipse we could not have picked a better place to see it. We were in the primitive sites only thing is little or no shade . I would think sites on the other side of ravine would do the trick nicely. The cabins are really nice and the silo cabins are clever ,but again some shade trees would put the frosting on the cake.

The biggest problem we had was no Internet where we were. I know for most you go to disconnect. Unfortunately some people do still have to work on vacation. My child also had homework to do. We had to leave a day early, only for this reason. I do recommend this camp ground.

Very easy after hours check in and our cabin was perfect! Rustic feel without having to completely give up some helpful amenities (mini fridge, microwave). Staff were all very nice and the wood delivery is a great perk!

We’ve camped here for years, it’s a very nice campground. This time we stayed in a cabin, we loved the first and second floor balconies overlooking the woods and creek.
