Nice place, showers/ bathrooms very nice. Pond offers great fishing.

Gorgeous setting! Spacious sites. Like having your own personal planetarium!

Peaceful & beautiful! We were only there for one night, but if we find ourselves in the area again we will definitely stay at Pheasant Run. The bathroom facilities are quite impressive for a campground and the owners were very attentive. I highly recommend you visit if you are in the area!

The campground is new so they are still working on some items. The bathrooms were new and clean. The campsite was level. The only down side is the road in is a little rough. No store or other amenities but great for an overnight stay.

A oasis in the middle of Kansas Great site although still under development do not let that put you off Great fishing lake, beautiful bath/wet rooms. Quiet, stunning sunrise and sets, wildlife just wondering around. Highly recommend

Do contact your camp host!!! Apple Maps will have you turn on a farm lane a mile west of your actual turn if you are headed East. Great spot and host with an above average stay, sorry we were just passing through.

Quiet and peaceful.

Just recently opened, the landscaping is really coming along. Owner Tim and all were friendly, we loved watching all the pheasants, and the park gave us just the bit of quiet we needed. This is definitely our stop enroute to over wintering in New Mexico. Thanks for the lovely stay!

BEWARE as of 6/12/26. This park is completely under construction. There is only a few spots actually available. I booked a specific site. Paid extra for said site. Once we arrived, after dragging our camper down a mile and a half dirt road with 4” rock scattered across it, there was equipment parked on our site we booked. The owner walked up and told us to pick whatever spot we wanted. After dragging our camper and arriving to the park looking nothing as the pictures show due to the continued construction. We asked for a refund and he didn’t hesitate to give it back to us. He said it’s supposed to show that it is not completed yet and still under construction but that was not stated anywhere. I have no doubt it will be a beautiful place once it’s completed. But in my opinion it shouldn’t even be listed for people to stay because it’s nothing as of now that the pictures portray or that it’s stated as. So if you plan on staying just know you’re going to have a very very rough ride from the highway back into the park. And that you may be coming into workers and equipment everywhere and an unfinished park. Very disappointing that we went of our way to stay here on our trip based on the pictures and descriptions and it not at all be what it shows. Quite a bit of time lost and fuel wasted. But kudos to the owner for a refund. Just a heads up to anyone looking to book a trip.

This is a brand new campground and still under development, so not all amenities are in place; however, it has the potential to be very nice! Bath houses and restrooms are brand new and very nice! It’s in a very beautiful and peaceful setting with incredible bird watching….especially pheasant and quail! The nice sized pond adds another peaceful pleasant feature. Once all construction is completed, it will be very nice!
