Pickwick Dam Campground — Reviews

Rated5.0out of 5Fantastic!
What a wonderful camping experience at Pickwick TVA! Even though Mother Nature decided to bless us with plenty of rain, we still had an absolutely wonderful time! ☔😂 The campground was beautiful, peaceful, and a great place to get away and relax. The campground host was friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Campspots are nice & it is well maintained & clean. The camp hosts are very friendly & the campstore is well stocked with snacks & necessities. My only complaint is the bathouse. It was clean & roomy (wet bath style) but it was not air-conditioned. In the heat of September it felt like 120° inside, otherwise it was nice.

We had a great stay, the grounds were in great shape. Mellisa, John, Alice and another gentleman whose name I didn’t get were always working around the park making sure everything was good. Thanks for a great stay.

The grounds were cut and the area is always clean. The restrooms as usual were well kept however there was not soft soap in any of the dispensers.
