The site was very level and clean. Everything was new. Camp host was very attentive snd welcoming. I gave it a 4 rating only because the it was not clear in the site description the ampage of the utility breaker box. Description said 20 thru 50 amp which would mean that there would be receptacles for each ampage and no need for an adapter. There was only a 50 amp receptacle meaning we needed an adapter. Luckily an RV store was open to be able to purchase one.
