What an amazing campground! The lakeside view is incredible. Staff were great and the facilities very clean. A hidden gem to say the least! Thank you for a beautiful weekend. We will definitely be back!

This campground was built in the 60s and not designed for big rigs. The campsites on the lake have fantastic views. We saw a bald eagle land on a pole in the lake-fishing for dinner. There are also ponds on the property that are home to many alligators. While they didn’t bother anyone, we did not feel comfortable letting our dog lounge outside the Rv for even a second unattended and kept her away from the water. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The place just needs some TLC.

Everyone was so friendly, staff and guests. Pet friendly. Facility was well kept. Clean showers, bathrooms and grounds. Well stocked store. Being able to fish from our space was a great bonus.

Loved our stay! It’s absolutely a hidden gem… way above and beyond our expectations . Place was clean, quiet and the lake views were stunning. Their public restrooms / showers were spotless too. The staff there were very friendly, accommodating and just really great people. We got to experience old FL and nature at its best. It is definitely somewhere we would book and come back to again. Very happy with our stay. Great little camp store, staff was friendly, clean bathrooms, everything in working order, safe spot. The sunsets were unbelievable!
