3rd year. Staff friendly and attentive. Facility clean and maintained. Justin checks on you to see if you have everything you need and has great suggestions on day trips! Went to whiskey town falls and 3 others! The marina is so convenient, we will definitely rent a boat next year! Kayaking, fishing, hiking,waterfall's… who could ask for more.

We love this RV park. Everyone is always very helpful. It is calm and quiet and beautiful. The perfect location for winter camping with a rig because it is really, really rainy. Good to be plugged in because of that.

Super friendly and helpful. Justin was an excellent host and we enjoyed meeting some of the residents of the park. Excellent location on the river and near the reservoirs. Rented a pontoon boat at the Pine Cove Marina across the street. Park was very quiet and peaceful. Good fishing and deer roaming in the park all day.

The people there were very helpful and extremely nice. The river is absolutely gorgeous! There are many full timers there and everyone seems like good neighbors.
