Quiet campground with ponds to walk or cycle around. The pool was warm. Laundry room was clean.

Beautiful Park about 20 miles from Lafayette and 5 miles from Breaux Bridge. There were 4 ponds to fish from and a swimming pool.

Bathroom wasn’t very clean; bird droppings on sinks, toilet and in change area of shower. I was there for two nights and the bird droppings were there the whole time; apparently no one bothered to clean or even check the bathrooms while I was there No doors on bathroom stalls, no hooks or shelves by the sinks, so no place to set toiletries, toothbrush, etc. FYI: not everyone has a bathroom in their RV The road into the campground was terrible!! Huge potholes and washboards most of the way in. The road might be okay for an ordinary vehicle, but for anyone towing a trailer it is a nightmare; I was driving very slowly and I still had to tidy up a lot of things inside my trailer.

We had an electrical problem at the post and the maintenance man promptly fixed it. That was appreciated. Water pressure was not enough to shower. Understand why, but was an issue. We had to change our reservation from Fri to Sat due to weather. Price went up by half. Hated that.

One of our favorite camping places Sites are clean, parking pads are level and the grounds are kept up The fishing is always good and relaxing
