Thank you for choosing Point of Rocks and this review. Unfortunately no swimming at Watson Lake yet. Watson Lake Park still offers watercraft sports, disc golf, hiking, biking, fishing and more. Swimming is available nearby at Lynx Lake. We wish you happy and safe travels. Thank you.

It was a little dusty check in was great easy to find the spot with hand out that they give you I have to do is follow that that panther they get you in all the sewer and water and electricity is all brand new and that was nice. Everything worked great.

We only stayed a few nights, but we really liked this spot and will be returning. It's just a few minutes from town, but it really feels secluded. The bathrooms were very clean and well kept. There was plenty of space between us and the next door campers.

I would give 4.5 stars. Everything was as described, check-in was a snap, bathroom/showers clean, utility hookups all good. The walk to Watson Lake was very nice and the rock climbing and kayaking extraordinary! Conveniently located close to Walmart and other shopping in case you need something. The only rub I had was that the gravel roads inside the park are very dusty all around the campsites and if people drive faster than the posted 5mph limit (and they do), the dust gets kicked up easily. Outside that, we would definetly stay there again.

Our location is Watson Lake, Willow Lake and Downtown Prescott is special to us. Yes, we understand the dusty roads and looking to address this concern in the near future. Overall it was a great stay. Clean, peaceful, beautiful views. Easy trails to view or visit Watson Lake. Affordable laundry. I wish there was a designated place to take your dog to do their business that wasn’t rocks. Then it would have been perfect.

We do have a picnic area that people love to use to walk their dogs. Unfortunately the entire campground is on Granite Dells, therefore, we have no area without rock.
