Prospect Mountain Campground — Reviews

Very rundown, pool was gross, sites not raked, geese poop everywhere, roads washed out, advertised mini golf, laser tag and rc raceway were grown over and not taken care of.

The bathroom toilets were overflowing and the trash wasn’t picked up in them and they didn’t all have toilet paper! One of the bathrooms didn’t have running water or hand sanitizer. Very unsanitary!we ended up not staying for the second night.

A nice clean, quiet campground with so many amenities and events going on. Was a pleasure to stay.

We had such a relaxing time there! The staff were incredibly helpful. Site was clean. The view of the pond with all the Canada geese and their babies was a great way to start the day. I won’t be rating the cellular or WiFi… we unplugged for our stay. Already booked another trip for this summer!

Our first time visiting this campground & we will definitely be back! The campground has a plethora of amenities, although the pool was still being repaired (excited to enjoy a heated pool later this summer!) we found there was lots to do including walking around the two ponds, visiting the playground, having a fire, and visiting local eateries like Grand-Val ice cream & Granville Country store. We got the impression the owners/the staff care about maintaining the campground and offering all the best amenities!

My family and I booked in advance for memorial weekend . Campground never let us know there pool was closed and we had booked just for there in ground pool. Kids were very upset . Not a lot to do for the kids
