Loved staying at Railsend for the past five years seasonally. So disappointed the new owners dropped wifi and now are getting rid of all RV spots and replacing with park models. Will miss the location and friends we made there.

No check in, no office, hard to find sight on your own with no map Site not cleaned or prepped, full of trash & broken glass from previous campers. Cable boxes and wires everywhere but none worked.

The people are friendly and the facilities are clean

We've come here every Jan-Mar for years. Feels like home.

Listing does not say this is a 55+ community. No one really cared that we were here but we were told we were not supposed to be there. Each time I did laundry the machines broke; the last straw was when the washers filled with water & errored out after 30 minutes. No one works in the office on site - learned that the day of the washer incident. Called the number listed & no one answered or ever called me back. Not a very welcoming park & the owners definitely don’t care about you. Would not recommend for RV stays.

Location and we have been coming since 2017, so we know everyone here.

There's no one on-site to show us to our RV spot, and the neighbors on the east side of our spot we're nasty about having a hard time pulling in, as we had to navigate on their lawn. They yelled at us when we left, and we're nasty about it. We were there for 7 months, so it was a bit pathetic that they could have said something the entire time we were there. After we did arrive though, some of the women that live in the community were very helpful, the community (other than the mean neighbors) was very kind, laundry on-site was very helpful (and it takes cards so you don't have to deal with quarters, the pool was lovely, and the clubhouse was accessible and perfect for cooking and baking, when we didn't want to cook in our RV!

The people there were amazing. Nice area for our dogs and the pool was relaxing. The Wi-Fi worked great. No complaints!

Trash. The contact phone number is a Google Voice number that never returned multiple calls. The streets are tiny, one-lane affairs. The site that was reserved for us was narrow and back-in only, between two permanent mobile/tiny homes. There was no way we were going to get a 43’ 5th-wheel into that site. After multiple calls to try to get a new site with no return call, we gave up and went to Wildwood RV Village. We continued to try to get at least one night of our stay refunded, but they still haven’t called back. Stay anywhere but here, they’ll take your money and dodge your calls.
