This senior community made room for short-term stays with access to all the community has to offer. The park is meticulously clean (including the pool, the showers and the laundry room) and apart from the usual big city noise, the park is very quiet. An unexpected gem!

The site was clean and level but lacked privacy. It’s basically a parking area inside a retirement community. The laundry and bathrooms are spectacular

Ridgeline at River Run was a very nice and relaxing, well maintained 55+ RV park for us to stay. We enjoyed the quiet serenity of the surrounding residence and short-term RVers that came to stay. Friendly, kind service from staff 😊

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We had to repair one of our slides. We asked if it would be ok to do the repair at our site and they said of course. This was so very helpful. We ordered the part to be delivered to a local FedEx and completed our repair. Most other campgrounds would not have allowed the repair. They also allowed us to get Amazon deliveries. The club house, laundry area, bathrooms and shower area are all new or recently remodeled.

We loved it there . Tha amenities were renovated and beautiful. There was an ice maker in the clubhouse, great laundry room, and showers for RV guests to use. Plenty of space to walk our dog. The gal in the office was SUPER NICE. She even delivered our Amazon order to our doorstep.

Very nice place conveniently located for the Bear Creek Trail. Staff and residents were very nice. The only improvement I can think of is they should make would be to assign spaces by RV size instead of allowing patrons to chose which spot they wanted.

Great location in Denver area. The park was a mobile home park with some spaces for short stays. Beautiful clubhouse/ swimming pool complete with a room with puzzles. Just outside the park was Bear Creek trail with miles of paved walkways.

The area had plenty of RV spots but for some reason we seemed all bunched up at one end or the other. People would leave and an hour later the same spot was filled. Leaving the spots in the middle never used. Not an RV Park. A trailer park with extra RV spots thrown in as an afterthought.

Not really set up for big rigs. Only a few spots, very close together and all backends. Hard to maneuver in such tight streets. This is a mobile home park not an Rv park. The most we’ve spent for overnight. Expensive. And no, we would not stay here again.
