Did not stay. Booked for pull thru, there none. Electric didn't work. Infested with mosquitoes. Will NEVER use campsite again

I was told pull thru and not available. I was notified of 2 sites 21 and 43. Both back ends. The gate was wide open park infested with mesquitos. I left and got a hotel. Will never use Rio again

the park is nice but the site we had (19) was not really long enough for our 32 ft fifth wheel and the truck. Also the sewer connection on that site sticks up too far. You need gravity to dump the tanks and this did not work well. Other sites had the connection flush with the ground way it should be.

Everything was as hoped and things went smooth.

The campground was clean, the site was easily accessible. The laundry, restrooms and family room was spotless. One issue was the wifi for the laundry did not allow payment for the machines.

Nice Campground in a good location.

Pull through site was not really a pull through because other campers parked their vehicles in the exit path which would have required us to drive through a field to pull out Could not find the dog park

Simple process, easy-peazy.

Just needed an overnight spot on my way through. This is a perfect spot as it is just off the interstate. Interstate access is easy off and on. Thank you!

The location was VERY loud. Also the QR code we were supposed to scan on our electrical box to learn about the park was completely faded out and unreadable to scan. We couldn’t find the trash bin since it was dark so ended up taking the trash with us. Campground was easy on and off the hwy and sites were nice.

Did not receive a code to get into camp ground. Once in, very muddy . Difficult to access water due to zip lock tie and foam cover. No water in bathroom in morning. Great laundry. Pretty site by water. Needs some TLC.

We needed an easy place to stay between San Antonio and Ponchatoula, LA. This was an easy on/easy off highway stop. We originally made a reservation for one night, but stayed two because of high winds. All reservations and check ins were online. We never saw an actual employee here, which was totally fine with us. We did walk around the park and it was very clean, including the laundry/mail room. Grounds were clean and well taken care of. Our site was extra large and easy to access, no problems with power or other utilities. The confirmation email says to check in with the QR code on the power hook up, but the sticker was faded...I guess we never checked in? Nobody was in the office, so I guess they didn't care? The park is right on the highway, so it is very loud. We were grateful we have double paned windows and the wind was blowing so hard, we weren't bothered! There is a gate with a security code, and that was nice. We camped at Rio RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
