We have been staying at River Fork for a few years now. Joe, the owner, is such a kind human. The campground is well taken care of. They keep it picked up and trash free. The bathrooms are clean. They have ice and laundry onsite. They have several extended stay campers that are welcoming. It feels like we are visiting family every time we go back. There seems to be a weekly potluck we always get to be a part of. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

Satisfaction Rating

Great location near the river, walking paths and downtown. Lots of beautiful trees at the campground. The bathrooms were always clean. A few of the sites near the office were really small with no "yard" but host was able to move us to a bigger site. There is a strong community here with a lot of people that return every summer from Texas and Oklahoma, every morning and evening they gather at the community fire at the campground.
