Clean, nice dot on the river, friendly staff

Extremely clean, friendly and helpful. Beautiful riverfront sites.

This RV park is beautiful. It is meticulously maintained. The only issue we had was the "road" in front of our site had considerable traffic even though it is not supposed to be a through road. There were no signs to indicate that and it isn't noted on their property map, which might have decreased the traffic. If we go back, we will choose a different site.

Super friendly staff and meticulous upkeep make this one of the nicest RV Parks we've visited. Attention to small detail, flower filled landscaping and congenial forethought works to make campers happy

Clean, great staff , perfect location

We were only there two nights but it was a great stay! Really nice campground! It’s a gated campground. The man who checked us in was very informative and he even helped us get settled. Great location too! Beautifull grounds and very well kept! I highly recommend it!

We loved the Uncompahgre River that runs through the beautifully maintained park. The staff was friendly and it was beautifully maintained. Would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a getaway.

Just a beautiful campground! Lots of lovely flowers, nice river views, friendly staff, clean facilities and free coffee each morning! Couldn’t ask for more!

The spot is beautiful and the campsite comfortable. There are a lot of rules about the place which make it seem a bit restrictive. Check in by 6pm if you're in an RV which allows them to show you to your site and get you oriented but lacks flexibility. They have agreements with the city of Montrose about what is allowed and that seems to inform some of these rules. Having said that, the place is lovely, right on a river and convenient to alot of places, including an adjacent city pond which is fun to walk around. The people are terrific.

We arrived late due to challenging travel circumstances. We texted the line they communicated with us on and received no response for 12 hours. We tried to get into prepaid spots at 9:00p and when we finally got in contact with them they would not give us the code to get in. 3 RVs, 3 families. Exhausted from travel. The excuse is that they didn’t want to disturb the current patrons. Meanwhile we watched cars drive in and out as we stood at the gate. It’s a shame. We were told on the phone to call for a refund with no response. We will definitely be leaving reviews everywhere we can.

Very nice park! Very clean and awesome showers! Pull thru sites are very close together! If I would return I would choice a back in site.

excellent campground close to everything but you feel like your remote so beautiful on the river and such a wonderful staff and grounds we will be back
