Rivers Bend Family Resort — Reviews

I would give this cute place a higher rating, but someone’s car alarm was going off a few times pretty late in the night! But, a cute place with a clean, comfy bed and a great little bathroom and shower.

The owner was very helpful and accommodating after we limped into the park, after midnight on a spare tire... beautiful scenery! Roads are a bit narrow in spots, so be prepared.

The food at the restaurant was really good. The owners and employees were great and super friendly. It was setting up to be a great location however, our camp site had poison ivy EVERYWHERE. there was a large vine of it on the tree at our site, around our fire ring, and also throughout the entire campground. There was one tree near where everyone goes into the water that literally looked like a poison ivy tree it was so covered. My husband, toddler and I all are allergic so we were mostly confined to our camper because though we knew how to avoid it my toddler does not. I hate this for this campground because it has the potential to be really awesome.

It was a very lovely place. The owners are awesome. The fresh water creek was amazing and helped beat the heat. The restaurant had really good food and nice staff. I would stay again!!!

What a neat little place. Not far off the freeway, with easy access. Nice bar/restaurant, good food and great sevice. I would recommend it to all my friends.
