Riverside RV & Camper Park — Reviews

Nice campground with full hookups. Great location next to the river and across from a convenience store. Spots were close together, but still had plenty of room. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely make it one of our regular spots.

Not too many shower and toilets , not maintained either. Also camp spots were very close , making the entire campsite very cramped up.

Hosts were extreme friendly and included everyone in their 4th July celebrations. The site has generous size plots for RVs when compared to some other locations. Offers excellent services including kayak hire (nice river one end of site) , showers, toilets, and laundry room. Good set up for children with play area. Staff went above and beyond to reimburse the cost of a night we booked in error. Some road noise as located at entrance of site but overall a really good stopping point en route to Anchorage.

Pleasant and quiet stay this weekend.

Sites had pot holes, entry lot was full of pot holes, road thru the campground was full (and I mean full) of pot holes, camp sites needed mowing and trimming! They did spray the area for mosquitoes while we there! Landscape timbers were used to divide or separate camp sites but they had been kicked around and were out of place! The sewage connection at the site was just a pipe sticking out of the ground with a broken cap! This could be a really nice campground - it just needs lots of TLC! Staff were very helpful and friendly!

Super friendly & concerned about our stay, if we needed anything. Our fire pit was a bit low for our comfort and she had someone bring us a ring to use. Used their laundry, which took 2 cycles for each and needed to buy specific amt of tokens FYI, but nice to have. Hookups for water, sewer and electric. Dump station available. Along the River if you want to throw a line out, just off highway enough to relax with a nice fire, repeat regulars and as I heard, great for Founders and 4th of July! Great pit stop for traveling in between big cities.

The toilets did not flush in women's and mens bathrooms, or in laundry room. The showers were dirty, trash was overflowing. Paper towel dispenser was falling off the wall. We did not shower at this place. It is not handicap accessible for restrooms. People I talked to on the phone were very nice, but the place was not kept up at all.

We drove for hours only to find that they were closed. They don't answer phones or emails but charged us anyway. This is basically fraud. Campspot also offered no help.

Nice and clean facilities. Owners are very friendly.

Great location, clean facilities and friendly staff

This is our 4th time to stay at Riverside. We enjoy the way it's laid out, we enjoy the river nearby, it's clean and kept up, quiet and people are friendly. Thanks for another relaxing and good time. Looking forward to next year!

This campground is overrun with weeds, looks very unkempt, and the showers were pretty gross. We reserved a tent sote online after reading the great reviews. When we arrived we decided jot to stay. The two tent sites look like afterthoughts, with no real clearing or flat ground and back up to a shed on what looks like another property, which didn’t make me feel very safe. I would not recommend this camp site.
