I chose this campground because it emphasized quiet, family based camping where loud, cursing behavior were not acceptable. It did not disappoint! This campground is well maintained with spacious sites where you are not crammed in with other campers. Privacy is optimal between sites. The public areas are clean and well stocked in the rest rooms and showers. The little store/game room is awesome for kids & adults. The owners are phenomenal hosts and very welcoming. I’ve already secured another stay!

Quiet out of the way camp site but within a short drive on motorcycles to the Iola Car Show. Several trains through the night but It was not a problem with me. Clean bathroom with showers—sweet! Also, enjoyed the Saturday night at the “community campfire” was great! Owners are wonderful folks.

Brian and Julie are an amazing couple! Ask and you shall receive. It was our first time camping and they made it so personable. I would highly recommend Royal Oaks for your next camping Adventure! Jim and Wendy
