As the owner/operator said “it’s a diamond in the rough”. Beautiful 75 acre piece of land with lots of trails for dog walks. Entertainment on the long weekend. Friendly host. But the washrooms are pretty yucky and dated and there was a mild sewage smell in our site, probably because the were four RVs backed in close together. Would return but get a more private site.
