Out in the woods, in the middle of nowhere. Kinda like a family community atmosphere, owners are very nice. Roads reminded us of a mountain goat trails.
Sights are not very level, 15 minuets from anything that resembles a town. Still had a very nice time, cookouts, music, very friendly people.

While we were there, it there was a big parting vibe with loud PA announcements.
