Roundabout Oxford RV & Water Resort — Reviews

This was our 8th trip. We love Roundabout. Friendly staff, clean campground, and so much to do. The lazy river is our favorite part.

We had an absolute blast at Roundabout Campground! We came with seven kids ages 9–13, and there was something for everyone. The kids loved Gaga Ball, the slides, volleyball, basketball, and especially getting their own mocktails! The parents may have had just as much fun in the Swayze River was definitely a favorite! It was the perfect place to relax while the kids stayed busy and entertained. It was very hot in Mississippi during our visit, though, and we definitely could have benefited from more umbrellas and shaded areas. The staff really stood out as well. They were always present, incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure everyone was having a great time. Such a fun, family-friendly atmosphere with plenty to do. We will definitely be back!

The stay was everything I expected it to be

I like the park I thought it was beautiful. I like the lazy river. I thought it was nice. The staff was nice even down to the girl that gave us the slushy. She was very nice. I liked all the staff what I did not like was while I was in the lazy river, which is what I love most of the time there were children in their swimming in the lazy river with no tubes. They were just swimming I even saw a little boy, threw a frisbee across to the other side to his mom, but the frisbee didn’t make it, and it hit a lady in the head and after he hit the lady in the head and it fell in the water, the little boy jumped in to say he was going to get it, which splashed everybody around him so seeing that and noticing that most of the kids were either swimming under you pushing next to you with no tubes, they were swimming. I did not think that that should’ve been happening, especially when I saw the rules that said you can’t get in the lazy river without a tube and they were all in there without tubes so that’s one thing that I did not like but that’s just me. I didn’t have any children there. There were a lot of kids there but I didn’t like it so that is why I gave it a four instead of five.

Great time with two of our grandsons. We play hard each day and slept hard each night. Perfect, all inclusive vacation! We will be back!

We always have the best time every time we come. There is something for all ages at the Roundabout. The bathhouses are always clean and the staff are super friendly. The live music on the weekend is always a plus!

Tenth time here. We really enjoy it. Do wish the Hot Tub would open in Sunday AM at 9:00 instead of 10:00 so we could have enjoyed it before check out. Other than that, everything was great.

It s a wonderful campground and the people are so nice

park was nice and clean, all the amenities were nice, only two complaints is the food from the snack bar was really expensive and the water on the kids pool was really cold.

Love the Roundabout, but noticed that the prices for the arcade games are way too high. With the cold, rainy weather this past weekend, we spent some time in the arcade. For games that lasts a few minutes and $50 gets 200 credits and each game is 6-10 credits, that $50 only lasted about 30-40 minutes. We chose to play board games in the lounge area as a less expensive option. For the record this was our 6th trip to their location, and will be back soon. Just going to avoid the arcade.

Great resort however the person at the welcome desk was very rude. Was worried at first that we would regret our trip based on the first interaction but thankfully it was a one off experience.
