Check in was easy but I booked online and prepaid. Sites were mostly level. Not huge sites but okay. We got dish and Verizon signals. Close to markets and shopping and the highway. Quiet even though 40 was nearby. Stayed during the huge sandstorm which was incredible to watch but 65 mph winds! People were very friendly.

The bathrooms are always clean. The showers are cleaned twice daily. The people are very friendly. They make you feel like part of their family

It's always great here and the views are unmatched. Spot 37 is worth it if a private dog corral, big space, well placed utilities, grill and fireplace with Adirondack chairs (and a picnic table with great shade!) is what you're looking for. The price is worth the whole package.
