No frills. Driveways need graded.

Enjoyed the convenience of being near our hunting lease and the town of Pleasonton

We pulled in and looked around then left. Gravel lot. Misrepresentation of park with pictures on Campspot. Laundry facilities are severely lacking. We did receive a refund.

It's quiet and calm. Its a happy medium between out of town scenery and yet close to town(walmart & HEB).

We had to evacuate for a hurricane….1. It was the weekend and they were the only park in Pleasanton that answer the phone and they were out of town attending a wedding!! 2. Super nice people and was very accommodating 3. Had a beautiful view and got to watch the wildlife

Yall were our God send. Thank you so much. We had a great time staying with yall. Enjoyed the animals and scenery.

Owner is very nice.Nobody bothers you and it's peaceful. We will be back again.

Our plans changed and we canceled. Have never received a refund.

This Feels like you’re in rural America with all the land but you are actually 1.2 miles to everything. The park is easy in and out. Clean and simple with FHU and laundry. Super nice owners. Long term stays keep their sites in good repair. I would stay again when I’m town
