Only there 2 nights so did not really use any amenities. Near an overpass, so some traffic noise. But nice neighbors, and some cool tiny homes.

Not a very nice park for $90/nite, place is a dump, not attended on the weekend, spaces are tight, mostly permanent residents. Highway noise horrible. Lousy location. Stay Away!

The facility was nice, they had an exercise room which was needed for rehab. The pool water was somewhat clear but the pool itself had some discoloration. Our campsite was located very close by the restroom/laundry to make it east. The previous camper had a fire so the electrical socket was replaced and they credited our account and called us to notify us. We didn’t experience any disruption with electrical but the sewer did back up. After calling twice they came to fix it. It appears they have some permanent campers here… one right next to us that had garbage surrounding his trailer.

Poorly maintained park with tightly spaced sites. Pool closed. Septic pipes too deep to connect. Late arrival info not provided. Comfort station backed up and smelly.

The bathrooms weren’t the cleanest and one was out of toilet paper. Also the pool was supposed to be opened until 10:00 pm but it was closed by 9:20-9:25 when we tried to go for a swim.

RV Park overall looks nice and half of it is trailer homes. If your travel trailer or RV doesn’t have a bathroom(and ate placed far from the bathroom) you could be in for a walk. Landry doesn’t used coins, it uses an app on your phone. Most amenities are near the entrance of the park, and if your site isn’t located near the front you will be In for a walk. Some residents even have golf carts to get around.
