Everything is exactly the way it's presented. Easy check in and great staff. Thank you for having us and we're already booked for September 2027.

Not so great. Ive been camping here for years and this yr by far was the worst one. From racism we experienced from the first moment we were setting up until we left. A lot has changed and not for the better. I book near the park so the kids have the park close and there was one neighbor from the moment we got there had a loose dog and said "I have a dog and im not responsible for what he does". Proceeded to measure his campsite and went to the store to get a plastic fence, took all the lights from the ground and put them inside.. laughable behavior. Office received multiple complaints about the "our kids" running and laughing when our kids were not the problem and they were sleeping early, it was other people kids. We go camping to have a good time not for people to be mean to us. They even changed our group gate code because "someone shared it", which is very weird because all of our guest paid for their entry. I went to the office and the blonde lady with glasses was soo rude, even after I told her I was there to have a good time with family. I really felt the racism this time worst than other times. We were the only Spanish people there and thats a shame because when I go there, we get 7 or 8 campsites. They have lost not 1 customer but multiple. Please be better

We enjoy fall camping at Sandy Pond for the last several years. Only “con” if you will—is the quiet time is set for 11pm which is tough when you have littles. Although I’m not sure if it was any earlier that it would be enforced. The seasonal site behind ours had their music blasting until 12:30a!

No pool, couldn't swim in the pond. The water had a sulfuric odor to it. Staff were friendly, not easy to get to with a large trailer.

Overall a great quiet stay. The only downfall was low water pressure on spot 96.

Overall, a good campsite. Site 1 was level and very specious. Nice trails, but not well marked. Staff was friendly. A great general store was onsite. Winding roads to get there were a difficult, especially at night. A great central location for Cape Cod, Boston , Plymouth and Newport. Would stay again.

Feedback on Our Recent Stay at Sandy Pond Campground, Plymouth Mass While we usually refrain from posting reviews or sharing negative experiences, we felt compelled to provide feedback on our recent stay, as it was particularly disappointing. Upon arrival, we encountered a discourteous (downright rude) reception from the manager during check in. After a couple of days we decided to extend our stay to explore more of the Cape area and were informed that we needed to move to a different site, despite the park being half-empty. We complied, only to find that the previous site remained vacant for the next four days. Next, we faced difficulties with the gate access code. After-hours assistance call was not returned with our detailed voicemail, and we were only able to enter the park thanks to friends who shared their code that were staying there as well. When we addressed this issue at the office, the manager the following morning, the manager showed no concern for the lack of return call or the inconvenience caused. Another significant issue was the lack of reliable internet access. Both our AT&T and T-Mobile signals were non existent, forcing us to drive 20 minutes to the nearest Starbucks to use their Wi-Fi. Lastly, we found the park to be very difficult for larger RVs due to its narrow, outdated roads, tight spaces in the roads with cars parked. Given these issues, we will not be returning to Sandy Pond Campground in the future.

Staff was great. Maintenance helped direct me to the assigned site and when he realized I thought I was on full hookup he contacted the office and escorted me to a new site. He checked on me throughout my stay to make sure everything was good. That is outstanding customer service.
