Checked in on line, full hook ups, reasonable rates, better that others in the area. 10 minutes to topsoil beaches, best of all.. listening to the sound of freedom. I was stationed at Camp Lejeune in the 70's and today's Marines have Ospreys and held a practice during our stay.... miss the noise and rattling of the house during cannon fire and fly overs.

Site was way too small and rather than side by side with other sites, the site we picked was like a T with the adjacent site. This did not leave enough space for our camper. The grounds were not well kept and did not appear attractive at all.

We had one of the only - if not the only - concrete pads, mostly just grass. We never saw a staff member. We got in around 4:30 and the office was closed. I called the number and a call service gave me my lot number. Another resident told where to find it. We didn’t use their restrooms so I can’t say their condition. It appears most lots were small and seasonal or permanent residents. A good place to stop and sleep. The dog park was stocked with toys and clean. If you have a boat it would be a good seasonal place but nothing else to do.

Beautiful place and VERY quiet. Everyone was so friendly. Sites were a little close together for our liking but it was so peaceful regardless . Thank you for a wonderful stay

We were pleasantly surprised of how quiet it was. We really enjoyed our stay. It was a small campground (which we prefer). The majority of the spots were permanent and I was concerned about how that might be, especially at night, but I would actually stay again. Didn't get a 5 star because the dock had yellow tape and looked a little unsafe and they hadn't finished filling in all their new water lines, so there were open ditches.

Quiet, neat, served our purposes for an overnight stop. Large camp for only 2 washers/2 dryers. Had a long wait. Sites are tight together but things were quiet and pleasant.

The campground was beautifully maintained, clean and very quiet. This is a great spot if you would like to be by the water with a nice dock to sit at for a quiet get away. We spent christmas here and would definitely like to come back for some warmer weather to be able to enjoy the water. There is even a little dog park (that has a covering and even lights for at night use) with a few toy for the pups to play with and a boat ramp you can use to drop in. We will definitely be back!

Very clean laundry and very clean bathrooms Maintained man very helpful

Park was great ,but the people beside me had there kids running and screaming in my yard most of the days. If they weren’t screaming than the dad was screaming at them couldn’t enjoy the cooler days with windows open. Was going to stay longer ,but due to this I decided to leave. I realize it wasn’t a kid free park but this was over the top.

We had a very nice time

The campground was a small comfortable community. All the guests both long term and short term were welcoming. We would definitely stay again.

It was quite and relaxing. Mosquitoes away, so take bug spray.

Stayed over on a Saturday summer night in a campervan. The clean bathhouse and hot shower was much appreciated after a beach day. Sensitive sleepers may want to use earplugs for road traffic noise. I slept just fine.
