Good quiet spot when passing through.

Easy in and out Friendly manager Good value

Convenient location, easy access off HWY, manager is very helpful, best tasting water ever, friendly people with level spacious FHU sites. I will come back.

Noise from wood processing plant across highway. Train at 4:00 am , City cross airport less than one mile. 18 wheelers on main highway parallel to park , smoke from burning tree limbs since this is country.

Management was great and resort was quiet. The only complaint was the road noise and sawmill.

Staff very nice, knowledgeable (about area and favorite spots to go), and accommodating. They renovating the park to make it better.

The campground is all sand so be prepared to sweep daily. I watched a camper back into sink hole and the debacle required a tow truck to free it because the staff wasn’t aware of an old septic field. There are a lot of run down campers in the park and they are not well cared for. Some of the staff is super nice but the lady who works in the office was darn right rude. She told me she didn’t have time to deal with me multiple times when they falsely charged me for electric that was not stated in the contract.

The maintenance manager and manager are outstanding 5 Star people, and are undoubtedly putting themselves into this project 100%. I don’t want the truth here to upset them but it has to be said for the owner to fully support the renovations that are needed. The owner may be underfunded for getting this place turned around quickly and counting on people staying and paying to finance fixing it up from the current condition is going to take way to long. (While it may be much better than it was, that doesn’t matter to new people). The bathhouse needs serious investment. There has been a patch put on it with some newer shower tile half way up, but it really needs much more. It needs privacy for the showers and heat for cold mornings. And it has to sparkling clean all the time and wasn’t and that’s why my wife wouldn’t stay longer. There are a few more trailers that are not mobile and are eyesores and still need to go, if the owner is to be serious. They need to get some professional grade landscaping so show they’re serious here. (I give the maintenance guy Bob extra kudos for helping get my 5th wheel hitch unstuck. ). I wish we could have stayed longer but we just couldn’t due to the conditions.

Very quiet and peaceful campground, excellent value for the price paid, amenities were solid too.

The bathrooms really needed to be cleaned. It was not comfortable using them. The park is called a resort, but did not look or feel that way. Many sites were occupied by permanent residents. I would not stay there again.

Camp manager was very helpful and was able to solve a electrical issue... Site is working on improvement...worth the stop
