We cancelled our reservation (via e-mail) 4 days prior to arrival because of a medical emergency, and then again 3 days prior to arrival - and then because I did not get a response from you I called and the rude lady that answered the phone the phone told me that you didn’t look at emails. BUt she would have the manager call me (which never happened). So this veteran was cheated out of $58.
