Our site was semi private and a good size. Campground was centralized for our adventures. But office closed between 12-3 so a little inconvenient. Laundry facilities only had one washer and one dryer. Bathrooms were clean but two toilet stalls out of order. Clean showers. Overall a nice place to stay!

Advertised WiFi which is why we chose the park as I work remote. Terrible wifi. Really nice people though with clean showers.

Aggressive dogs that were not being controlled by their owners. Campsite was next to the path to the restrooms. Also wifi did not reach our campsite.

The manager:owner was very helpful with a tire issue we were having. The laundry facilities and restrooms were very clean. Attractive grounds with flowers planted everywhere.

Site was misrepresented I have a 30ft camper just fit campground has a mostly tent size sites staff not very friendly or social camp store not worth going in not stocked and highly priced not going to recommend for family

My wife and I enjoyed our stay, however there is a construction site near by with back up beeping each morning at 7. The campground is very convenient to both Shelburne and Burlington.

A old small camping with a ok pool and a lot of big three, nice clean bathroom, a very bad wi-fi and nobody at night to care of the place, unfortunately a group of 6 arrive at 11:00 pm and install their tents with a lot of noise and talk loudly until 1:00 am …. And wake aroud 5:00 am and still talk loudly !!

There was no way to know it was primarily a spot for local seasonal, and the clutter, eyesores and decrepit trailers were unsightly. I always try to avoid campgrounds with a predominance of seasonal but I blew it on this one. Felt like a ghetto.

Closely located to downtown Burlington and many sightseeing spots. Convenient and easy to get in and out. The campground was small but what a wonderful find. Our site was perfect and the staff was exceptionally accommodating especially when we arrived a day early. Thank you!
