Satisfaction Rating

There was no information given to us about our reservation after we made it, so we had to call maintenance to ask what the potocol was for late Checkin. When we arrived, it was like a ghost town of sorts, and there was a sewage smell that was so bad we couldn't leave our windows or fan on. We left very early. Wouldn't recommend. Sorry.
