The map on Campspot is not accurate and we did not get the site's as pictured on the map. We contacted the camp host to change sites. Getting charged for the registration fee when the map is not accurate is disappointing. For as much as Campspot charges for a registration fee, a person should expect accurate information. This is not the first time I've been through this with Campspot. There is no other option though.

We arrived at our campsite, there was no reservation slip, random camper and car was parked on our campsite. Random cars were coming and going with their boats back and forth through our camping even though it says no boat launch. The only way to get electric connection is to park on a parking spot which is for standard size vehicle. We booked pavilion and tables are filthy, some trash laying around. Do not recommend staying at the pavilion #1

No water to be found to refill our camper, as well as not able to find any dumpsters. Finally found an open trailer that looked to be for trash but no cover to it. If only signs were posted saying none available or stating such upon making reservations, that would have been helpful.

The Silos Campground is in a super convenient location. Their caretaker/camp host does a great job keeping the place clean.

Due to no host on site to keep the noise down after 10, no water and or trash yet still charge the same as peak rates when things are available

Camp Host Dave was welcoming and kind. The out houses were kept clean and tidy. The reservation process was easy. We have stayed at Golden Eagle Loop twice this summer and have had a great experience each time. Last time we used the boat launch and docks. All in good repair and easy to use.

Lots of bugs maybe next time prespray better pit toilets clean not to smelly My site was very open not much shade along with flying bugs I also had lots of ants bring lots of spray for yourself and your camper had to deal with ants the next day at my next site
