EVERY MORNING, EVERY EVENING, some dude on the same NOISY bike went out the front gate and woke us. He purposely wasn’t trying to be quiet either, he would rev and rev the engine.

Well, you only had one shower in ladies, I would think that would be top priority since you were full. Need more grass for animals, I was scolded by a person, my dog can't pee there as I was walking him on the street, when a dog has to pee he has to pee...the gentleman almost got a piece of my mind, paying what we paid.
