Very pleasant, quiet except for some traffic by the road. We will come again!

Our campsite was perfect. We enjoyed the view of the lake and the surrounding hills. We always enjoy our stay here. So relaxing!

The stay was short. We were pleased with the response of the City when we expressed our concerns over an incidence involving the bathrooms.

New to trailer life and had never done a full hookup site before. Easy to get in and out of, bathrooms were good, and felt safe.

I had made my reservation the day before and when I arrived mid afternoon the next day I had still not received the email with bathroom codes and check in information. I tried to call the phone but only could leave a VM and never did receive a call back. Moved up the road to the next camp area as I was just passing through for a 1 day stay. A refund would be appreciated.

We enjoyed the campsite, was good location, nice clean sites, washrooms, etc. However, much of our camping gear was stolen when we left for lunch. The Police were notified and made a report. This was a local guy, whom I had confronted earlier. Too bad someone like this spoils peoples camping experience. People in Soap Lake overall were nice and friendly. I would definitely go again and not let this one bad apple spoil it. They are installing a new fence and electronic gate which should deter outsiders from coming in to the campsite and stealing personal items.

Our motorhome broke down en route and we're never made it. This happened on a Friday. We had the rig towed to a repair shop in Malaga and then driver our tow vehicle to the campground. The host didn't know how to contact office. I left a voicemail, sent a text and an email and they still charged me for the 3 days I reserved.

Manager now is awesome! Always helps to people. Thank you very much!

It was really windy the day we got there so did not get in water. The campground was very quiet and peaceful camping area was clean. We will return and very happy to see they have tent areas again..
