The biggest reason for a 4 is that the sites are SO small/narrow. The playground looks great but when you are actually up close for children to play on it, it is falling a part/the materials are disintegrating and rusting. Also, the pool amenity that is included is an INDOOR pool at the hotel and it also is in desperate need of redoing.

Apparently, they charge a new early check in fee, which they haven't done before. And I couldn't find it on their website or anywhere else. They claim that they've always had it, but the old management never charged it. And, also, they charged a pet fee also. It was only $2, but, my question is, why??
