The campsite was clean and the cabins were ready on time and clean. The problem was with the mattresses in the loft. After we left the same cabin last year, I went to the front desk and let them know the the twin mattresses in the loft were ripped and essentially just springs and no mattress. Explaining I had to use a blowup instead of their mattresses This year I came prepared with foam mattress pads for the bunks as they weren’t great either and my blowup just in case. Imagine my surprise when I go into the loft to see those same disgusting ripped mattress in the loft Instead of getting myself worked up I just used my mattress, put one of our guests in another cabin and also used the memory form pad The jump pad not being up was a disappointment but knowing this before we arrived we brought kickball with us We managed one game but the fact that the area around the gazebo is completely overgrown and not mowed made it difficult I know there are new owners but probably should get their acts together

So there was the expectation that the WiFi would work. It simply does not, period full-stop. Do not expect that there will be any financial consideration for this lack of feature. Also, have no expectations that anyone can or will help you. Also, visitors are charged $20 per person to come to our site. I think that that is egregious, personally. We do not use the facilities, at all. Also there are teens in golf carts that are really reckless. Otherwise it is beautiful and clean and all of the people are very respectful and helpful. We will always come back because we really like it here, but come with your starlink…

Everything seemed to be closed including the jumping pillow which wasn’t even for use and the store had little to nothing to purchase. They advertise the use of golf carts but upon arrival and check in they fought with us stating we couldn’t have our personal golf cart there to use when they couldn’t even back up their verbal statements when asked for documented proof along with the website not even stating anything on the fact that personal golf carts weren’t allowed. After they repeatedly said no, they looked at their own documentation and website rules and they realized that there isn’t anything stating that personal golf carts weren’t allowed so they reluctantly allowed us to have one for our stay. It was just very unprofessional management and I definitely won’t be staying there again.

It was a beautiful location. There were a few downsides to our trip, though. One being that our sites were covered in poison oak. Our children were playing around the campsite and I felt like I couldn’t relax or take my eyes off of them for second because I didn’t want them to get a skin reaction. We also looked forward to buying memorabilia with the campgrounds name on it and none was available. The staff there was extremely kind, though!

Extremely nice campground. Friendly staff. Sites have some grade issues. Some appear to have large humps at the curb. Be careful with low ride Jacks or leveling systems. Our site was very close to scraping the curb. Other sites appeared to be worse than ours. Full hook up lay out was not well done. Sewer discharge was placed far from the electrical and water supply. Once setup the camp site was large and very nice. The campground is conveniently located to nice restaurants and 30-45 minutes to Philadelphia (depending on traffic).

The property and our cabin were excellent however one of the main draws for our family was the Wibit. We checked to make sure it would still be open through Labor Day Weekend and the website confirmed it was so we proceeded to book our stay only to check in and find out that it would be closed indefinitely. To say that my kids were disappointed is an understatement.

Some things were great, like the Internet, which was phenomenal, and the lake views, but other things needed work. The bathrooms were dirty, the laundry room was absolutely disgusting and the change machines didn't work. I had to clean out the washers before I would use them... Gross! There were kids riding around on bikes with no parental supervision and all the roads are 2 way. Kids don't follow the rules of the road so I was constantly worried about running over someone. No one from the camp ever said it did anything to stop this, even as there are signs everywhere that kids can't be riding alone. Actually, I never saw anyone from the camp except in their booth. The pool was only open on weekends so people who stay for a week get to use it once or twice, if it's not raining. Over all, this place was not worth the cost of staying. We actually left a day early
