Quiet, Convenient location to I-10

The grounds are really nice. The attendant was not very knowledgeable of where RV hook ups are on an RV. It was late and we were exhausted and really weren't paying attention to the hook ups. She told us easiest way to back in was one way and come to find out it was on wrong side. So with pouring down rain and dark we turned truck n 5th wheel around and proceeded to back in. She wasn't helpful at all. But all and all its very convenient to I-10 and lots of walkable places to eat and Wal-Mart is right across street.

For $75.00 per night, we expected a shower in the bathroom. Other than that, it was fine for one night.

The price per night increases constantly. The services remain the same. There no improvement in the grounds or landscape I can find nothing to justify the constant increases Although utilities in the area have gone up not as much as daily rates. We have found the location convenient in our travels and have spread the word. Now we will seek other locations and spread the word.

Great facility with spacious sites. Arrived after dark during in-climate weather. Host came out to us and guided us to our site.

The facility is convenient. However, for a simple slab with hookups but no showers or on-site amenities it’s far too pricey.
