Stinson RV Park & Resort — Reviews

This was the sketchiest place that we have ever stayed. The pictures and the description on the website stated “deluxe pull through sites” with firepit and they looked like concrete. We have a 40’ Class A pulling a jeep. When we got there, the sites were grass and dirt, unlevel and short. There were campers that look like they had been there for years - so run down and falling apart. Absolutely DO NOT recommend.

We made our reservation and payment on-line. We never had any interaction with staff on-site. Park is about half full with full-time residents. There seemed to be a lot of traffic through the park especially after dark. There was also an impromptu fireworks display from the adjacent fireworks mega store. If we travel through the area again we would look for a different park.

Great place to stay, we will visit again when we come this way again.

No problems, everything worked well.

Public toilet was plugged up and a big mess. Didn't want to use it for showering the next day. Tried texting property manager about it, but that number didn't accept texts. Otherwise, it was good spot and quiet....very, very quiet.

Nice little park with a very nice paved path around the fishing pond.

Myself and my husband stayed her one night only but it was a great experience. Michelle was super helpful and always available even when we called her out of hours. Everywhere was clean and tidy and some really nice touches to the place! Also the tavern next door was a nice bonus, the people in there are also so lovely. We are from the UK so they took us back to where there was a corn bag throwing competition, while there they took time to explain the tournament and loads of people greeted us back there! Honestly some of the most lovely and genuine people! Would 100% stay here again!
