Stokes-Thomas Lake City Park and Campground — Reviews

Rated5.0out of 5Fantastic!
We usually do not plan ahead for campsites and the State Parks were full on Labor Day weekend so we had to move elsewhere and were delighted to find a lovely spot in this City Park that had a lot of vacancies thru the weekend. Helpful camp hosts,, grounds well taken care of and spacious, clean restrooms, large sites and wonderful sunsets over Lake Kampeska. It was a nice place to spend the holiday weekend and even nicer when the weekenders vacated the park.

We were really impressed with the cleanliness of the park as well as the restrooms/showers. FYI for those that stay on Sunday nights during the summer, there is a race track right next to the campground and it was very loud!
