The Hosts were fantastic! We were there as a family camping trip with a tent site, an RV site and a cabin. It was great for the children to be able to run and play. The cabin was comfortable and had a wonderful view. We wished we could have stayed longer!

The staff at Stone House Lodge and RV park are great hosts. Since 2022 there's been new owners and they are working to create a place where you can relax and enjoy a peaceful stay. Three unique fixtures at Stone House are a geodome greenhouse where they grow food they serve at their cafe and as well as at the pavilion where they host special events. While we were there they hosted a group of motorcycles from the area and a couple of local musicians playing to a crowd having a good time.

It was an out of the way place, exactly what we were looking for. Beautiful scenery. We met the owner and had a great conversation with her. We will definitely return when ww are back in the Chama area.

As advertised. No frills place. Was nice to have the cafe open late and food was decent. Easy check-in. Clean shower and restrooms. Good wifi

Stone House Lodge is our new home away from home. The hookup sites are easily accessible and well maintained with more sites currently being added. The surrounding forest and valley views are breathtaking. With all the ammenities being considered, the real jewel is the helpful, attentive staff and owner. We instantly felt like family and were even given a couple of aloe plants out of their new greenhouse from the owner's lovely mother. Great ammenities, great food at their cafe, great staff, and incredible sites. 10 out of 10!

Very pretty campground with a lot of hiking options. Great staff and a great diner on site. I stayed a week and loved the peace and quiet.

There's not much water in the lake, but the premium Tent Spot still had an amazing view. The bathrooms are very clean, and the site was calm and quiet. We will definitely be coming back
