Stony Brook Campground — Reviews

Rated3.0out of 5
This campground has the potential to be a very nice campground but it needs a lot of work. The management is very nice and friendly and they continue to make improvements

It was a pleasure to stay at this campground. The cabin was clean and well stocked. Our large deck had a beautiful Mountain view during the day and thousands of stars to gaze in the evening. The owner was very accommodating and full of information on the many local hiking and swimming areas. The large inground pool was sparkling clean. Would definitely return!

The campground was a bit dated definitely could use some better signs marking where the spots are to park. I realize there’s new owner so hopefully better things to come.

Site upgrade was great. Except we couldn’t extend our awning all the way as it hit a tree. But all worked out as it rained and was cold. Didn’t sit out much. Had a great time. Would recommend to others

The owner and his help were very nice and helpful. We had a nice site, but if I had known sooner, I picked a site more in the back of the campground. There were quite a view sites open when we arrived. But overall a great stay. Nice pool with great views!

Great little campground. According to his website, he’s only owned it for two years and seems to be in the process of making improvements. Love the fact that it is dark sky friendly and there were beautiful views. Would like to see the bathrooms spiffed up in the future, but they are functional.

The campsite is quite spacious. Very kind owner helping us filling our RV propane tank. We where there for only one night but have a pleasant memory of the site.
