This would have been a 5 star, but we had a constant flow of kids around our site. They cut through several times. We were in a site on adjacent to the road….If we were in a different site this would have been a solid 5.

This campground is centrally located, great staff, clean and peaceful.

The campground is awesome! Great spots for RV’s either room between them (rather than stacking them next to each other). And the staff were great! Very friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again’

Everything was perfect. Clean, nice amenities, quite, nice storage, nice people.

Nice, clean place to stay. Parking pads are level and there is ample grass area between sites. Each site has a small table and chairs, as well as a storage locker. I love that they provide a trash can and recycle bin that you can put out at the end of your site for pickup. Recommend!

Full disclosure, this is my first stay in my first r.v., so I have only sites that I have observed or visited to compare. That said, nothing to complain about. Although there is construction in the area the place is reasonably easy to get to. Spaces are wide, flat and have generous space between. Full hookups are easily accessible and in good working order. My only gripe is the massive amounts of pine needles everywhere. I wish they had a sweeper to plow sites once in a while, we couldn’t even see the pavers the needles were so deep and had to sweep with out little r.v. Broom to keep from tracking them in but minor complaint.

Absolutely the best rv park we have stayed at in Oregon. Friendly staff and supper clean park. Probably going to book a few months stay in the winter.

Overwhelmed by how well this park is run! Professional and courteous staff, clean and well kept grounds and amenities. The RV sites are well laid out for privacy and the mature trees and landscaping add to the sense that yo do not feel crowded or squeezed too close to others. Would definitely stay here again.!

Crown Villa is an excellent RV resort. The spaces are very large and lots of space between sites too. We have a 38 ft Renegade Valencia towing a jeep and we had lots of space. It is a back-in site so you need to unhook before getting into your site. We highly recommend this spot in Bend, OR

The staff's super friendly and helpful. The men's bathroom could use some TLC as towel hookwas off. Place was super nice and will go back when doing short trips. Great spot inside of bend.

First time staying at Crown Villa and after reading all the glowing reviews of the beautiful park, I was really disappointed to discover that I had booked a space in their lowest tier spaces - which wasn't obvious to me in the booking process. I'd seen photos of beautiful RV sites with grass and paved spaces but what I booked turned out to be basically a gravel parking lot. That would have been fine if I'd seen a photo in advance and understood what I was getting myself into. When I re-read the description of my specific space, it wasn't dishonest. But it wasn't obvious to a first timer at Crown Villa that I would be staying in the back-nine at this park with a view of someone's unmowed site hosting what appeared to be an inoperable vehicle. I wish I'd seen a picture of my site in advance when I booked.
