We absolutely loved our stay at Sun Outdoors Canyonlands. It was incredibly convenient to all of our planned destinations. Our cabin was comfortable and clean. The properties amenities are well maintained and made our glamping experience very memorable! We will definitely stay again!

We stayed for three nights in a tent and chose Sun Outdoors Canyonlands Gateway for the close location to Arch’s national park and the shower facilities and pool. The location was extremely noisy due to traffic and the restroom facilities were dirty. When we saw how the bathrooms were kept we decided not to use the pool for fear it was maintained the same way. The park was very full and a lot of people were using all the facilities. More frequent cleaning was necessary.

The facilities were tight. We had to move our vehicle so the trailer could get into his spot in front of us. In addition we had an emergency at home and asked for a refund on our last night of the 3 night stay. They declined our request. Bathrooms and showers were clean .

The campground has awesome views in every direction but some of the campsites (36) were very close to other campers. The sites were very level, the trees were awesome providing nice shade in the afternoon and the restrooms/showers were plentiful and clean although one stated that the showers were “warm”. The pool area was very clean and pleasant with nice lounger chairs although some shade would be nice (noticed that some new trees have been planted).

It was a great experience! Although it was close to the highway it was a nice spot to hang our hats for a few days. Clean restrooms and nice facilities.

This campsite was well maintained, easy to access, and just the right distance from town. The only issue was the noise level. There were people up till 1:00am partying and others getting up at 4:30am with their razors. Not super easy to get a full nights rest. Other than that, it was a great stay to visit the parks.

The water pressure in the showers was not that good, the heater and the light in our cabin stopped working the last night of our stay.

Lack of parking for trailers to check in, everywhere was marked no parking. 3 of the showers barely had warm water and it looked like it had been a problem for a while.

Great accommodations but super close to the highway. If you stay you have to keep your fan on through the night to drown out the noise.
