We had a wonderful time at the resort. The beach was awesome.

Park was as described and very nice and quiet. The beach is beautiful and clean and sparsely populated. Everyone in the campgrounds were very accommodating and nice. We used a loaner crab net and crab fished for the first time. It is right at the beach but close enough to anything you need ie groceries, gas, bait, restaurants We are already booked for next year !

Everyone was friendly and helpful and the beach was so beautiful. Loved our stay so much we can’t wait to go back!

I adore this place. Very well placed, amenities were taken care of, not too far from civilization, but hidden enough to really enjoy the beach. Staff was super nice.

Tent camping site was tiny and crowded , you can hear everyones conversation . It was foggy and cold but 5 miles either way was beautiful and sunny . The private beach is gorgous . The staff was helpful and friendly , site was clean and well kept.

I would have given a 5, but not having the ability to visit Charlston or the Gardens without extra transportation was a downer. We were really looking forward to crabbing but were unable to get there. We were told that we could get cab services but upon arriving found out the service was not reliable. We are finding out most camp sites require you to pull an additonal vehicle in order to explore. This is causing me to rethink my options on where I camp.

This is a very nice campground. It is well maintained and clean. The beach is beautiful. The dogs can run on the beach and they loved it.

It brought back many memories from when my family and I went down there as a kid. A lot has changed but the memories are still there and brought back to life.

Not their fault, but was rainy and windy all weekend

Internet wasn't working right and made it hard to look at maps and stuff locally. Also, recommended restaurants were not good. Also the big rocks you have around the property aren't' placed well, can't be seen easily one got caught under side of my wheel. Overall great place, friendly people, clean accommodations. I recommend it and stay here again.

Fire pit was unaccessible due to placement near swamp. Bathroom cleanliness was good but showers need more attention.

Very pleasant surrounding. Short walk to the beach. Staff was helpful and pleasant. We would stay here again. Good location to restaurants and other state parks.
